HotPay Payment Services Terms
These Terms define the rules for providing payment services via HotPay (ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k.) for the Giveria store.
§ 1 General Provisions
- Service Provider: ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k., 27 Stycznia St. 9, 34-120 Andrychów; KRS: 0000655383; NIP: 5512627897; REGON: 366165170.
- Service Recipient: any Giveria customer making a payment.
- These Terms constitute an integral part of the payment services agreement.
§ 2 Payment Order Execution Conditions
- Payments are processed automatically and immediately upon authorization, available 24/7.
- Transaction ID is generated automatically and displayed in the user panel immediately.
- If the payment fails due to the Service Recipient's fault (e.g. incorrect data, insufficient funds), the transaction is not processed and the service is not provided.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payer’s account or card.
- After authorization, you are redirected back to Giveria, where you will see your updated Shop Coins/VIP balance.
§ 3 Refund Policy
The items sold are virtual products (premium points, VIP account) delivered immediately upon transaction completion. Under Article 38(3)(10) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service is fully performed with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- The consumer agrees to the commencement of service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
- After the transaction completes and virtual products are delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
§ 4 Liability
- ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k. is not liable for disruptions beyond the HotPay system’s control.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the payment data provided and for securing access to their account.
§ 5 Complaints
Under normal conditions, Shop Coins/VIP are awarded instantly and automatically. In exceptional cases, complaints should be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date:

§ 6 Data Protection
Personal data is processed by ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k. in accordance with the Payment Services Act and GDPR. The full Privacy Policy is available on the HotPay website.
§ 7 Legal Basis
- Act of 19 August 2011 on Payment Services,
- Act of 18 July 2002 on Provision of Electronic Services,
- Regulation (EU) 2015/751 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
§ 8 Technical Requirements
- stable internet connection,
- up-to-date web browser,
- user account on the Giveria site,
- access to the chosen payment method.
